Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by email (info@next-level-scuba.com) or on WhatsApp (+62 812 3937 4410) and be titled “Cancellation/Name”. Or in person, directly to the Management Team at the Next Level Scuba office.
General conditions:
1) Prices in the price list is for a standard schedule. Customized schedules, available per request, are priced individually.
2) Marine Park fees are personal, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
In case a customer is unable to engage in the activities booked, they can choose to reschedule the activity, transfer their booking to another person, or cancel the booking altogether, as according to the following conditions:
3) Cancelling a booking
a) Cancelling a booking altogether will not result in compensation or refunds.
b) No-shows or drop-outs are interpreted as a cancellation. Guests who do not show up at the agreed time, or do not complete diving trips for any reason, are not eligible for rescheduling or transferring the activities unused, or for compensation or refunds.
4) Transferring a booking to another person
a) An activity may be transferred to another diver with an equal level of training and certification, as is, with no additional fees. Transferred activities must occur on the original schedule of the booking, and cannot be rescheduled.
5) Rescheduling activities
a) If needed for medical reasons, activities may be rescheduled based on availability at the time of the request.
b) All rescheduling requests must be made via email or WhatsApp.
c) If the request to reschedule is sent within office hours, and a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the activities booked, will not lead to a rescheduling fee. Rescheduled activities must occur no later than 30 days after the initial schedule.
d) If the request to reschedule is sent less than 24 hours before the start of the activities, will led to an additional rescheduling fee of:
– FD – 200.000idr
– SR/DSD/Instructor lead FD – 400.000idr
– Course dive / in-water training – 600.000idr
6) Additional conditions for “Online Bookings”:
a) To be eligible for the Early Bird Online Discount, both the booking and deposit transfer must be completed minimum 4 days prior to the start of the activities booked.
b) Deposits are non-refundable.
c) All divers must check-in at the dive center in person 1 day prior to the start of the booked activities, latest at 5 pm, with:
– an ID/passport (or a picture of it),
– 100.000idr per person in cash for the marine park
– proof of certification (if already a certified diver)
– preferred payment method for the outstanding balance
7) Additional conditions for “Dive&Stay Packages”:
a) Booking and deposit transfer must be made minimum 1 week prior to arrival.
b) Deposits are non-refundable.
c) Confirmed Dive&Stay Packages can not be altered, transferred or amended.
