Here, you’ll find important information on the policies and guidelines governing your use of our services. We’ve designed these terms to ensure clarity and transparency, so you know what to expect while engaging with us. By booking diving with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 

Cancellations & Policies

Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by email (info@next-level-scuba.com) or on WhatsApp (+62 812 3937 4410) and be titled “Cancellation/Name”.
Or in person, directly to the Management Team at the Next Level Scuba office.
General conditions:
a.) Prices in the price list is for a standard schedule. Customized schedules will be charged additionally.
b.)Cancellations/rescheduling within 24h of the dive will incur a cancellation fee of:
FD – 200.000idr
SR/DSD – 400.000idr
Course dive/ in-water training – 600.000idr
c) If you contact us during office hours, and a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the activities booked, we will reschedule your booking based on availability. In such instances, the rescheduled activities must occur no later than 30 days after the initial booking date.
Additional conditions for “Dive&Stay Packages”:
a.) Booking and deposit transfer must be made minimum 1 week prior to arrival.
b.) Deposits are non-refundable.
c.) Once Dive&Stay Packages are confirmed the package can not be amended.
d.) All divers must visit the dive center 1 day prior to diving, latest at 5pm, to complete the paperwork, get sized up, process the marine park fee, etc. Divers need to bring an ID/passport (or a picture of it), 100.000idr in cash for the marine park, and current certification (if you’re already a certified diver).
e.) The payment balance will be processed on the first day of diving, have cash/card available then.
f.) Discount offers based on a certain number of dives or divers require payment prior to the first dive. There is no refund or compensation for any unused activities. Guests who do not show up at the agreed time, or do not complete diving trips for any reason, are not entitled to a refund.
Additional conditions for “Online Bookings”:
a.) Booking and deposit transfer must be made minimum 4 days prior to diving.
b.) Deposits are non-refundable.
c.) Online bookings may have their dates adjusted, depending on availability, if they’re rescheduled minimum 4 days prior to diving and moved max 30 days from the original booking date.
d.) All divers must visit the dive center 1 day prior to diving, latest at 5pm, to complete the paperwork, get sized up, process the marine park fee, etc. Divers need to bring an ID/passport (or a picture of it), 100.000idr in cash for the marine park, and current certification (if you’re already a certified diver).
